Yashwanth Shivan Gowda
Executive Director, Ruby Family Foundation
Yashwanth Shivan Gowda is the Executive Director of the Ruby Family Foundation, an NGO dedicated to the empowerment of women and children in India. Coming from a middle-class background, Yashwanth has a profound understanding of the transformative power of women’s empowerment and its ripple effects on families and society.
Under his leadership, the foundation is committed to being actively involved in all social activities, with a special focus on empowering women and children. The foundation also plans to introduce microfinance initiatives in the future, supporting women’s financial independence.
Yashwanth’s vision is to foster positive societal change by empowering the next generation and uplifting women’s lives.
Manasa Deepu Gowda
Director, Ruby Family Foundation
Manasa Deepu Gowda is the Director at the Ruby Family Foundation, an NGO dedicated to the empowerment of women and children. As a passionate advocate for women’s and children’s rights, Manasa understands the unique challenges they face and is deeply committed to making a positive impact in their lives
As a young and dynamic leader, she brings fresh perspectives and a strong dedication to her role. Manasa is committed to giving her utmost effort to ensure the foundation’s success in empowering and uplifting these communities.

To start, run, and manage alcoholic, drug abuse, and psychiatric patients’ de-addiction centres, halfway homes, and rehabilitation centres.

To construct, maintain, alter, improve, or develop any building belonging to the foundation or works necessary for the Foundation’s purpose.
To establish and maintain centers for adult education, vocational education, technical training, low-cost education, formal and non-formal education.
